AI Executive & Founder | Coaching women in tech and tech execs to lead without losing themselves | Former Google & Amazon | GenerativeHuman.ai
Building and scaling AI businesses is not a hobby for me. It's the work. And I know what the work costs. I've made the tradeoffs: health, family, values. I've felt the drift when your calendar and your sense of self stop matching. I didn't figure this out from the outside. I lived it, and I built GenerativeHuman.ai because too many exceptional leaders are living it right now with no one in their corner who truly gets it. Who I am: Former AI and GTM leader at Google Cloud and AWS, where I helped scale AI businesses from zero to multibillion-dollar revenue, long before generative AI was a dinner party topic. I've built and led product, marketing, and go-to-market teams across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups. I know how these organizations work, how deals get made, and how to thrive vs survive. What I do: I coach women in tech, founders, senior leaders, executives, who are extraordinary at what they do and need someone who can hold both things at once: your ambition and your humanity. Together, we build the clarity, the boundaries, and the leadership presence that lets you go further without burning down everything else. For AI founders and tech executives, I also bring sharp GTM strategy: narratives that earn trust, go-to-market motions that align product, marketing, and sales, and positioning that creates real distance from the competition. Who should reach out: If you're a woman in tech or a tech executive who wants career or leadership coaching. If you're an AI founder who needs a sharper story and faster revenue, let's talk.
