I started HCT Group because I kept seeing the same problem: enterprises and governments in MENA were being offered global telecom solutions designed for markets nothing like ours - too complex, too expensive, and built by vendors who didn't understand the region. HCT was built to close that gap. We design and deploy telecom and AI infrastructure - Private LTE and 5G networks, Core and IMS systems, AI-powered managed services - for the GCC market and the clients who operate here. What drives me is the gap between what technology can actually deliver and what most organizations are actually getting from it. We are in an era where the difference between a connected operation and a disconnected one is increasingly the difference between a competitive business and one that falls behind. I have spent the last two decades working across telecom engineering, infrastructure deployment, enterprise sales, and company building. I have sat in the rooms at Davos, MWC, and GITEX. The conversations matter. But the real work happens in the field - with the client who needs a network that doesn't go down, in the sector that international vendors have decided isn't worth their time.
