As a kid I have always been very curious and creative, I used to dismantle toys and other electronic stuff just to see how they work and build them up all over again. I do the same now, but only through my code. I have been coding in one form or the other since I was 14. In a gist - My expertise includes Project Design and Development, Leadership , and implementation of the same. I am a problem solver. I like to solve problems in the most efficient and cost effective way. Besides that I understand the problems faced by the developers, due to bad code and lack of knowledge transfer. My focus is always on Good Code Quality which is scalable, maintainable, loosely coupled, minimum boiler plate and easy to read. I am a team player, I focus on strategic plannings and I believe that every person in a team has different way of working and different speed of doing things. My role as a leader is to make sure that all the different members of the team smoothly coordinate together. I work on the weaknesses of the individual together with them to help them contribute to the team equally. I am a visionary, which ever project I work on, I try to understand and learn about it from all aspects. They say “A problem well stated is a problem half solved”… and I truly believe that. I try to contribute to the project in terms of the vision, ideas and I try that all the members working with me first get the same level of understanding so that we all head towards the same direction. From my experience, I have seen companies grow, I have seen products grow, I have seen products fail. I have learned from very hurdle that came in the way of success. I have learned from every mistake that was the reason to fail. I have learned the importance of understanding customer, business and market needs. I do not compromise on the quality.
