Built AI-driven prototypes that accelerated product decisions - a Claude-assisted Chrome plugin for block-cache file identification (passing product security reviews), an Autonomous Benchmarking Agent (FastAPI + React + SQLite + Ollama) for automated performance benchmarking against local baselines. Another AI-assisted DAM ↔ ABC integration POC; improving competitive-evaluation cycles dramatically while maintaining engineering-grade quality. Before Egnyte, I owned Citrix's end-user experience portfolio: the Workspace App on iOS, iPadOS, Android, and the StoreFront web interface - together serving 100M+ monthly active users. I led the migration of the entire global customer base onto a modernized UI with zero P0 escalations, expanded enterprise authentication on mobile platforms to cover biometrics, smart-cards, and derived credentials, and turned TCO-reduction stories into adoption growth.
