I am a 3rd year Ph.D. student in the SequeL team of INRIA Lille (a French Research Institute for Computer Science and Applied Mathematics) under the supervision of Alessandro Lazaric and Daniil Ryabko. My research interests lie in designing Reinforcement Learning algorithms with provably good performance. Before starting my Ph.D. I completed an MSc at CentraleSupélec (a French Engineering School), with a major in Applied Mathematics and Machine Learning. In parallel of my MSc and BSc, I worked for Airbus Group as an apprentice software engineer.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse experience across academia (Inria, Cranfield University), research labs (Facebook AI), and industry (DECATHLON FRANCE, Vekia, Airbus Group) suggests adaptability and a broad perspective. The focus on advanced mathematical and computational problems aligns well with a data-driven culture. The progression from Research Intern to Lead Data Scientist indicates ambition and growth. However, without specific project details or team interaction descriptions, assessing cultural fit beyond technical alignment is limited.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights roles involving research and algorithm design, suggesting strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The PhD research on the exploration-exploitation dilemma in RL indicates a capacity for deep, independent work. However, specific examples of leadership, team collaboration, or project management in a lead capacity are not detailed in the provided experience descriptions, making it difficult to fully assess operational fit for a 'Lead' role beyond technical expertise.
