Sr Scrum Master | SAFe RTE | Agile Coach [A-CSM, CSM, CSPO, CSD, CTFL - Continuous learner]
After seven years as software developer and technical leader I got my first certification as scrum master 12 years ago. Since then, I have been applied the agile values and principles to help various global cross-functional teams to achieve their challenging goals, and I been amazed for the power that a high-performance, collaborative and self-managed team can have. As an Agilist, I help teams fostering a safe environment where they can freely interact with each other based on respect, effective communication, healthy accountability, and trust, a place where they can be themselves. I serve the team as mentor and coach through active listening. Removing impediments and resolving conflicts are among my key duties to keep the team focused and on track. But, I not only serve the team, is my responsibility as well to serve the organization, to understand their vision and objectives clearly, and helping assemble a well prioritized backlog to transform it into reality. As well, I must create visible metrics to track our progress towards predictability based on a sustainable velocity, and keep stakeholders well informed, so we can make data-based decisions to ease strategic planning and release value iteratively to our customers. I am interested in contributing to an organization with a meaningful purpose. My expertise lies in serving as a Sr Scrum Master, a Release Train Engineer for agile release trains, or Agile Coach to empower the entire organization. As a bilingual professional (fluent in English and Spanish) and a green card holder, I bring a diverse perspective and a commitment to driving positive change. *Achievements and Interests • 2023 – Coaching and leading a successful agile transformation base on SAFe Framework at PepsiCo for an implementation of SAP and Salesforce integrated with mobile app. Team of 230 professionals (one program, two trains,

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a strong background in Agile coaching and Scrum Master roles within large enterprises (PepsiCo, BBVA), indicating a fit for structured, process-oriented environments. Their experience spans banking and food industries, showing adaptability. However, the target role is 'Backend Engineer', which is a significant shift from their recent management/coaching focus. While they have early career development experience, the majority of their recent 10+ years have been in non-coding, process-oriented roles. This suggests a potential mismatch with a purely technical backend engineering role, requiring a strong re-validation of their current coding proficiency and system design capabilities.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, essential for driving large-scale agile transformations. Their experience in facilitating complex events and managing diverse stakeholders indicates a high operational fit for roles requiring strong organizational and interpersonal capabilities. The ability to define metrics and create dashboards suggests a data-driven approach to process improvement.
