I have management experience overseeing businesses in both the Technology space as well as in the KPO space, having helped set up operations for two US based firms in India. In Hyderabad, where I am currently based, I was hired to build operations for an Atlanta Based Legal Support firm, Crown Bridge Group, and was Director Operations for its India delivery center during its initial early-stage growth phase. Previous to that, I was working in the Bangalore office of OSC Global Services, a litigation support firm headquartered in NYC. During my stint at OSC I helped design and set up the litigation coding work-flow, train personnel, refine QC methods, back-end electronic discovery support, as well as adopting best practices through our work with various AmLaw 100 Law firms. I was the single point of contact in India for all such firms and also managed various projects related to contract coding and document review, bringing in NLSIU (National Law School of India) seniors--arguably some of the top Law grads in India--to perform the work. I also provided oversight and planning to the programming team that supported our operations. They worked on creating a proprietary coding software specifically for the litigation industry and also designed a number of specific applications to meet specific client needs as we dealt with a variety of e-discovery requests.
