I am the co-Founder and CTO of Zimplistic, the company behind Rotimatic-the world’s first-ever AI and IOT enabled flatbread making robot. 8 years of R&D and 37 patents later, we created a smart kitchen device that can mimic a very complex human task and give you instant and fresh flatbreads in 90 seconds. I am passionate about solving complex real-world problems. I thrive on bringing multidisciplinary teams together across core research, application development and gtm to work in tight iterative loops to build solutions. Kitchen tech still is in the 80s and does not use modern connected tech stack to tackle one of the most important problems of our generation.
