I'm the CTO at Verloop.io, where we build Voice and Conversational AI for some of the largest enterprises in MENA and APAC. We're one of the first companies in the world to be ISO/IEC 42001 certified, we run Arabic-native LLMs across multiple dialects, and our Voice AI handles real-time conversations at <1ms VAD latency. Before Verloop, I was CTO at Synup, Director of Engineering at ZestMoney, and Senior Engineering Manager at PhaseZero. Across 15+ years, I've taken products through the messy 1→0 and 5→10 phases — building the org, the architecture, and the operating rhythm at the same time.
