Two decades. Three continents. One consistent outcome: banking platforms that work at scale, hold up under regulatory scrutiny, and outlast the teams that built them. I'm a hands on technology executive and architect with deep roots in digital banking, transformation,cloud, data, and cybersecurity. I build and scale technology organisations that make banking work for people who've never had it. As Founder & CEO/CTO of Inypay, I'm building an AI-powered neobank serving Retail and SME customers across Southeast Asia — architecting every layer from cloud infrastructure and core banking to fraud, compliance, and personalised AI experiences. My focus is on platforms that are secure by design, scalable by default, and built to satisfy regulators before they ask. My career spans 20+ years leading technology transformations across tier-one banks, telecom operators, and digital-first financial institutions in Southeast Asia and India. As Group CTO/CIO and founding team member at Tonik Digital Bank — the Philippines' first licensed digital bank — I led the full Engineering and technology build-out: cloud strategy on AWS and Google Cloud, core banking in Azure Cloud, open banking via Apigee, digital channels, data lakes, AI analytics, and security architecture. I worked directly with regulators and auditors from day one, ensuring every architectural decision held up to scrutiny.
