Chief Product & Technology Officer | Building & Scaling Agentic AI Platforms & Products | B2B SaaS | Enterprise AI Agents
I’m a global CPTO, CTO, and CPO executive with 20+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, enterprise software, and AI businesses. My work centers on turning product and technology into business performance — revenue growth, profitability, operating leverage, customer impact, and long-term enterprise value. I’ve led organizations across Product, Design, Engineering, AI, Data, IT, and Cybersecurity in both private equity-backed and large enterprise environments. My experience spans building teams and platforms from scratch, scaling global organizations, and modernizing complex technology environments with stronger operating models, sharper commercial alignment, and more disciplined execution. As Chief Product & Technology Officer at VXI Global Solutions, a Bain Capital portfolio company, I lead the enterprise CX Agentic AI SaaS platform and broader technology modernization. I’ve built and scaled products across Agentic AI-led hiring, adaptive training, agent enablement, analytics, and automation, while also modernizing enterprise systems with agentic AI and strengthening cybersecurity posture. A core thread in my work is building data-driven organizations. I’ve led analytics, decision-support, and AI-driven operating systems that improve visibility, productivity, cost efficiency, and operating performance. I use agentic AI across both customer-facing products and internal workflows to drive execution quality, efficiency, and profitability. I’ve also built and reshaped teams for an AI-enabled software lifecycle, reworking how product, design, engineering, and AI operate together to improve speed, productivity, and commercial impact. I’m focused on how Agentic AI is changing the way software is built, deployed, and scaled in the enterprise.

Managing Life Cycle Of Branded Drugs – A Pricing Approach
January 1, 2009 – January 1, 2010
As part of my Duke Fuqua MBA coursework in W469: Strategy and Tactics of Pricing, I worked on a project exploring how pharmaceutical companies can maximize the profitability of blockbuster drugs over their patent life cycle. Using AstraZeneca’s Crestor and Pfizer’s Lipitor as case studies, we analyzed how branded drug manufacturers can respond to patent expiration and generic competition through efficacy-based, risk-sharing pricing models. The project examined how provisions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) could support outcome-based agreements between manufacturers and payers, creating a path to sustain value, improve market access, and optimize returns for proven therapies.
