The Apollo Workstation Application is Call center infrastructure upgrade application designed for Synchrony Financial Bank customer service executives to provide Credit card services to customers and solve queries raised by them. This application works on FDR (First data resource) system used where the details of customers are retrieved by CSR and can be updated when changes are done. There will be two divisions working on. Customer service: It's a Front-end solution which initiates various transactions that will cascade to logical monetary and non-monetary transactions impacting cardholder accounts. CSR will provide information to the customers on their queries like balance enquiry, miss billing, purchase, payments pin change & closing of accounts. There are 46 different functional use cases like Account Look Up, Verify, Customer profile, Cross sell, Account status and Change Credit limit. FDR (First Data Resource): FDR is a Mainframe based back end tool used in this application where the details of the customer are retrieved by CSR and can be updated. It is also called as green Screen.

I am part of upgrade team closely working on upgrade issues and successfully completed the upgrade and currently working on upgrade defects and enhancements of the same..

The purpose of this project is used for Practice management system this certified by CCHIT. with our certified ZOOMMD EHR system, eligible providers qualify to receive government incentives, The project is to process AP and GL Accounts from various source systems to be loaded into their one common financial account system called PFM/PFM McKesson System. The legacy System involves lot of manual intervention to process AP and GL accounts to actual PFM accounts as they need to manually enter these details in spread sheets by hospital wise and this legacy system doesn’t have a capability to eliminate this process. The interface process will take the input files from various source systems and refer to Look up tables to find out the actual PFM GL account. The process will prepare the output file with header and detail information in the specified .CSV format. PFM team will upload that files in their PFM McKesson System
