I help companies improve hiring, outreach, digital visibility, and business workflows through recruitment experience, digital systems, and practical AI adoption. My work covers three connected areas: recruitment and executive search, digital outreach and visibility, and AI-assisted business systems. This is built on 26+ years of recruitment and client delivery experience across India, the U.S., and global markets. I founded Perfect People Search in 2013 after learning recruitment from the ground up through direct market work, client conversations, candidate understanding, follow-ups, and delivery. Today, the company supports technical and non-technical hiring across IT, SaaS, GenAI, leadership, specialist, Indian, U.S., and global assignments. Good recruitment is not only resume flow. It depends on role understanding, market mapping, candidate motivation, salary reality, communication, timing, fit, risk, and follow-through. AI has changed recruitment, but it has not removed the need for human judgment. I use AI in sourcing, research, profile review, documentation, outreach preparation, recruiter workflows, and hiring support. Final hiring quality still depends on context, practical judgment, and people understanding. That thinking led me to build Only For Recruiters, a hiring platform for the AI era. It brings together recruiter jobs, AI tools, RecruiterGPTs, prompts, courses, resources, and hiring support for recruiters, hiring managers, and companies. Through Think Big Digital Solutions, I work on practical AI, automation, websites, SEO, lead research, outreach systems, dashboards, and workflow improvement for businesses that need clearer digital systems.
