USB Human Body Interface - PSoC Platform
August 1, 2013 – Present
•Selected out of 180 students to participate in a full funded Erasmus program in Lithuania for 4 weeks •Developing and creating USB Human Body controllers Interface for people with special disabilities. •This 10ECTS Project enabled me to increase my presentation skills as I have to deliver presentation each week presenting projects •I have also enhanced me team work skills as some of the projects were in groups out of 4 people from different countries such as Germany, Finland, and Lithuania •Working under pressure and meeting deadlines were also as important in this project as a whole.

Telecommunications - Modulation/ Demodulation
September 1, 2012 – Present
During second year of university I was assigned into more technical project, which involved networking and communications ( Setting up routers & building a network for a department - Modulation/Demodulation). My Actions • Created an initial plan as a start and followed it until submission date • Reviewed the project aspects, designed the network theoretically using Cisco Packet Tracer • Analysis and testing of the final project • Researched materials, networking/ communications theories for presentation, ethical & sustainability considerations to construct the project. As a result, I represented the project to my course tutor and module supervisor. The project achieved an overall high mark of 92.5%.
DC Motor Speed Control
November 1, 2011 – Present
During first year of university I was assigned a group project (DC Motor Speed control) by developing transducer with an associated circuit to determine and control the rotational speed of a low power dc motor. My Actions • Mapped an activity list for my team and followed it through the process of the project until submission • Created initially rough, then engineering and Multisim design to aid in the design process • Researched materials, electronic components- followed manufacturing techniques and applied them to construct the circuit. As a result, the project was judged, and it was highly ranked among other groups.I represented the group in the final presentation and achieved a high overall mark.
Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse project experience, including Erasmus programs in different countries, and roles involving teaching and student representation, suggests adaptability and a collaborative mindset. However, the target role is 'Data Analyst', while the candidate's experience is heavily skewed towards AI/ML Engineering and Solution Architecture. While there's overlap in data engineering, the core focus of their career has been more on AI model development and integration rather than traditional data analysis, which might indicate a mismatch in specific day-to-day responsibilities and cultural expectations for a pure Data Analyst role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a Pillar Team Lead, Course Representative, and Student Proctor indicates strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Project descriptions highlight teamwork, meeting deadlines, and presentation abilities. These suggest a good operational fit for roles requiring collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
