AI Transformer, Drone techie, ex Alexa,Amazon
I have led multiple teams across diverse organizations within Amazon.com, successfully creating multiple enterprise-wide products across various functional and technical verticals that have seen significant adoption and success. My biggest accomplishments have been in not just creating successful products, but in changing existing paradigms and processes from the ground-up, resulting in many cases in new and innovative platforms that redefined the business model. I have led teams of engineers and engineering managers, and have been both the technical and business owner for various verticals in the company including a comprehensive Speech Platform , Cryptographic Key Management, Service Container Frameworks, Developer Productivity, Amazon Japan’s Points program, Vendor Contract & Cost Management and Website Latency. In each case, I have showcased my agility in understanding the functional area, proposing game-changing initiatives, getting these initiatives approved and funded by senior management and most importantly, delivering on my promises. Before Amazon, I was at various times a software engineer, technical architect, technical sales representative and managed projects and teams both onsite and offshore in India. Specialties: Disruptive change, big picture vision and direction, focused execution.

However, the lack of projects outside of Amazon and a recent gap in employment (enjoying time off) might require further exploration regarding current hands-on technical engagement and alignment with a new company culture.

The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills through their extensive tenure at Amazon. Their experience in driving operational excellence, managing large teams, and delivering complex projects suggests a high degree of operational fit.
