Founder, Chief AI Officer, ML Engineer, Economist
I work at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, temporal data, multimodal retrieval, local LLMs, agentic systems, and human-computer interface design. With Imaginator, my goal is to augment human memory by turning personal and professional digital data into visual, navigable, and actionable context — increasing the effective context window of the human and reducing the cost of context-switching. I’ve built ML/DL/AI systems at scale at Hearst, Pivotal/Greenplum, JPMorgan Chase, and Fidelity. Earlier, I worked on Wall Street as a quant, trader, and risk manager, after starting out building a touchscreen-based exotic derivatives trading system at Mocatta Metals. I hold a PhD in Economics from Princeton and was a PhD student in Mathematics at NYU, where I received an MS in Mathematics. I studied Math and Economics at Barnard, and design at Cooper Union and FIT.
