Breast Cancer Risk Prediction using Machine Learning

Developed an end-to-end machine learning pipeline for breast cancer risk prediction using merged clinical datasets and structured feature engineering. Applied SULOV-MRMR feature selection to identify predictive biomarkers including BMI, Glucose, Insulin, Leptin, Resistin, Adiponectin and MCP-1. Trained and evaluated 10+ machine learning models including XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest, SVM, Logistic Regression and Naive Bayes using 5-fold cross-validation. Achieved 0.89 classification accuracy using a regularized deep neural network with class weighting and early stopping.
