Real-Time Vital Signs Monitoring WebSocket-powered live dashboard using Socket.IO with a Redis adapter, enabling horizontal scaling across multiple server instances. Clinicians get instant updates on patient vitals without refreshing. 2. AI-Powered Clinical Summaries Integrated GPT-4o-mini to generate patient summaries streamed via Server-Sent Events, giving doctors quick context on a patient's history and current condition. 3. Security & HIPAA Compliance AES-256-GCM encryption at rest for all protected health information. Built a complete RBAC system with four roles (Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Patient), JWT auth with refresh token rotation, and async audit trails via BullMQ capturing every PHI access event. 4. Anomaly Detection & Monitoring Implemented four strategy-based detectors including non-care-team access, high volume requests, off-hours activity, and bulk export monitoring to flag suspicious behavior around sensitive patient data.
