I was working on this project as a Project Manager involved in integration of Design , Purchase , Automation , Robotics , Manufacturing and Site Management activities. Scope Management , Time Management , Communication Management , Risk Management , Team Management was part of Managing this project.

Teams generally work aroundn a year before showcasing their work at Pithampur, Indore for a national event.
