This is a central AI repository used by all developers of Brevo. We added AI skills and exposed plugging as per language and company standard and now these are imported in all the repositories which helps in faster coding using AI. When one engineer solves a problem with AI, that solution becomes available to all. Also limits the number of tokens needed to write code. Using this development speed has increased by 40% from what we used to have earlier.
SEGMENTATION ENGINE

This is a central project responsible for creating segments on client's contacts. A segment considers contact attributes, its event, and objects. Based on the filter created by a client, we run performant queries on database and return contact ids qualifying the filter. Here at present, we are having clients having up to 80M contacts. All the services provided by Brevo uses this segmentation engine to pick the desired contacts.
LOYALTY

The project provides clients with a loyalty program management platform. A loyalty program is a marketing strategy designed by the merchant to encourage customers to continue to shop or use services offered by the merchant by providing them rewards in terms of vouchers, points, or credit. The solution includes accepting types of balances, earn rules, redeem rules, tiers and rewards from the client and support both real time request and event processing.
WHATSAPP CAMPAIGNS (PRODUCT - WHATSAPP)

The project offers our customers the possibility to send a WhatsApp campaign (Marketing message). The project includes hosting WhatsApp client for each of our client's numbers, getting client access via WhatsApp business manager, providing the client a platform where he can design the campaign, enabling a backend mechanism that can pick the scheduled campaigns and process them, and update the received events.
SMS SENDING (PRODUCT- SMS)

SMS are broadly classified in two categories Campaign and Transactional. This is a migration project from legacy to GO. The whole process of sending includes sanitization of message, personalization, credit checks, different notifications, provider calls and database updates. We keep the logs on data dog and have setup monitors to check the system performance. Also using sentry for error logging and error notifications.
DTAG (DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG)- SELF CUSTOMER CARE

This project provides solution to help customers solving all their internet connectivity problems and support them by providing an easy-to-use self-care flow. Customer's Intent or problem is captured by voice which is processed by backend (Rule engine) and solutions and steps are suggested to the customer to resolve the issue. AI/ML is used to suggest the best possible solution.
ACCOUNT OPENING CREDIT DECISION

AOCD application is a channel between bank mainframe systems, bank rule engine and third-party agencies like Experian and Call Credit. For any new account open request, mainframe send details to AOCD from where requests forwarded to different Credit agencies based on rules mentioned by bank. The credit scores for the customers are send back to mainframe.
PCI DSS (PAYMENT CARD INDUSTRY DATA SECURITY STANDARD)

This project provides solution for PCI-DSS Compliance - DTMF Masking & Hosted Session. The solution is to enable CCC Advisors to collect sensitive card details from customers in PCI compliant manner. A third party "Eckoh" services were used, so customers can provide sensitive card details using their phone keypad. The solution is to replace existing deprecated "collect card details" integration with MasterCard within MotorWeb and GICardPayWeb (serving SSP HomeWeb), with MasterCard Hosted Session (iFrame) solution.
FINACLE CORPORATE EBANKING MIGRATION

Finacle e Banking, a product developed by Infosys is a web-based application, which allows the customers of the bank access the application from the internet. The online services framework is inspired by MVC design pattern. Co-Operative Banking Group decided to upgrade Finacle from version 6 to 11. The scope of the project was to develop and implement the changes so that bank customers get informed about the migration activity and to perform migration activity with least user impact and in much user-friendly way.
