Hands-on Engineering Leader | Ex-VP Engineering @ Shiprocket | Building AI Systems, Scalable Products & 0→1 Platforms
I’ve spent the last 14+ years building products, platforms, and engineering teams across startups and high-growth companies. Most recently, I was VP Engineering at Shiprocket, where I led teams of 45+ engineers across customer engagement systems, event infrastructure, platform modernization, and large-scale integrations. I’m known as a business-first engineering leader who cares deeply about execution, product thinking, and building systems that create meaningful business impact. Over the past few months, I intentionally went back to deeply hands-on building while co-founding a stealth consumer AI platform - designing and shipping mobile applications, AI workflows, backend systems, and operational tooling end-to-end using modern AI-assisted development workflows. What excites me most today is the intersection of: • AI systems • Product engineering • Rapid iteration • Practical execution I enjoy building products from 0→1, solving messy systems problems, scaling platforms pragmatically, and working closely with product/business teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
