New Bambu Lector Site
March 1, 2012 – September 1, 2012
Objectives: Offer the teachers a new site for recommendations of books for its students obligatory readings. A private area for teachers and students with pre-generated exercises and tests for each book so they could be managed by the teacher and solved by the students via a web browser. Our market was South America and Spain. Solution: We changed the old web with a new design and added some sections and more recommendations for the students. We also adapted the exercise-solving system of a previous project of the company and added more functionalities to the new site. The project was developed entirely in PHP scripting language.
Dream Team Pharma's Intranet
November 1, 2011 – March 1, 2012
Objectives: The main objective was to develop a new intranet for a pharmaceutical company. They needed different user roles, which could make different actions, like creating orders, that other users need to attend or oversee. Solution: We decided to build the new site from scratch. Using MySql and Mosaic's own framework, Celerity, we developed the entire site. Concurrency was very important, so we had to build a system that could handle many users accessing to it without making inconsistences in the database. For making it look more contemporary we used jQuery and AJAX.
Clibegas.com eCommerce
June 1, 2011 – Present
Objectives: Clibegas is a heating, air conditioning and plumbing supplier company. They needed a virtual store to sell their products. Solution: We implemented a virtual shop, using Mosaic's own framework, Celerity.
UPC folder contest
January 1, 2010 – January 1, 2011
Objectives: The aim of this project was to allow students to register in our systems so they could send us theirs proposals for the university folder of the following year. Solution: We make a system where one had to identify itself with its UPC LDAP username and password and check that they were students. Once validated the student could submit a maximum of 3 proposals, edit or delete them. Also we made a backend to view the proposals, make some graphics of participations and a gallery of all the proposals we had received.
Study pages and lists
January 1, 2009 – January 1, 2009
Objectives: Make the lists and the information pages of the UPC studies. We were given the design and I had to program it with an already existing database in MySQL. The page must be attached in a Plone (CMS) environment. The last requirement was that the page must have the AAA level of accessibility. Solution: We suggested moving the MySQL database to Zope, so Plone could understand it, but due to the size and the importance of the database it was rejected. Instead we decided to make an iFrame in PHP and embed it into the page transparently to users. We made extensive use of jQuery to give the page a modern looking, while also making it accessible.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse project background, including eCommerce, educational platforms, and intranets, demonstrating adaptability. The experience spans various company sizes, from startups (HolaLuz.com) to larger corporations (SEAT:CODE) and consulting (Mosaic Consultoria TIC). However, the target role is 'Android Developer', and the candidate's experience is almost exclusively in backend and web development. This represents a significant mismatch with the target role, indicating a low cultural fit for an Android-specific position without a clear transition plan or demonstrated mobile development skills.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions indicate an ability to understand client objectives and propose technical solutions. Experience as a Lead Software Engineer suggests leadership and mentoring potential. The 'International relations responsible' role, though not technical, implies strong communication and client interaction skills. However, the provided data does not offer direct insights into stress handling, team collaboration, or work attitude beyond the psychometric test score of 0, which is insufficient for a proper assessment.
