CTO Office @ Allcargo | PwC | Credit Suisse | SPJIMR | VJTI
I sit at the intersection of business strategy and technology, and I'm most useful when the problem is ambiguous and the stakes are high. For the past 3+ years, I've operated out of the Global CTO Office at Allcargo Logistics - one of the world's largest logistics conglomerates. My work spans product strategy, AI implementation, digital transformation, and direct exposure to founder and MD-level decision-making. I've led 0-to-1 product journeys, shaped group-wide transformation priorities, and regularly presented to the Founder/Chairman and MD. I've also worked as a strategy consultant at PwC and a full-stack developer at Credit Suisse, which helps me speak the language of business, tech and execution in the same conversation. I'm drawn to roles where I can work close to founders or senior leadership, shape how a business moves, and own outcomes. Guitar, football, and compulsive city exploration fill the rest. Outside of work, I carry my passion for breaking down product strategy and business decisions by writing The Obvious Lens, a newsletter on Substack.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's diverse experience across consulting, product management, and entrepreneurship suggests adaptability and a broad perspective. Their involvement in a personal Android project (FlickBuzz) indicates a continued interest in the target role, despite recent professional experience shifting away from direct Android development. However, the primary professional experience over the last 5+ years has been in product strategy and management, which may not directly align with a hands-on senior Android Developer role, potentially indicating a cultural fit challenge for a purely technical, coding-intensive position.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills through their roles in product management, strategy consulting, and co-founding a startup. Their ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and drive projects from conception to delivery indicates strong operational fit for senior roles. The certifications in program management, UX design, and product management further support these soft skills.
