My most recent chapter was at DHL Group, where I led the design and delivery of three production GenAI systems deployed across multiple countries and business units. The work that best reflects what I do: → A support intelligence platform built on Azure OpenAI and RAG, integrated end-to-end with ServiceNow. It read incoming tickets, matched them against historical cases, and injected resolution recommendations automatically. Mean time to resolve dropped from 5 days to 2. → A customs document extraction pipeline that replaced a brittle rule-based system with an LLM-powered one, complete with PII detection, HITL validation, and regional compliance controls. Accuracy improved by 40%. → A knowledge chatbot that made internal documentation actually searchable, pulling from 100+ Confluence pages and Jira in natural language. What sets my work apart is the bridge between technical delivery and business impact. I work closely with stakeholders to identify where AI creates real value, and I build governance frameworks that give compliance and risk teams the confidence to say yes.
