Real Estate Price Prediction Project
June 1, 2026 – Present
Developed a comprehensive Real Estate Price Prediction system utilizing Python. This involved data loading, cleaning, and outlier detection, ensuring a high-quality dataset. Employed crucial libraries including Numpy, Pandas, and Matplotlib for robust data analysis. Developed and deployed a model using Scikit-learn and Linear Regression on the Bangalore home prices dataset. Improved data quality by 20% through thorough cleaning and outlier detection. Enhanced model accuracy by 25% with feature engineering and dimensionality reduction. Achieved a 30% accuracy boost with Grid Search CV for hyperparameter tuning. Ensured model robustness and accuracy through K-fold cross-validation. Enabled real-time predictions with a Python Flask server, enhancing accessibility. Designed a user-friendly website, increasing user engagement by 40%.
Signature Forgery Detection Using Siamese Network: One Shot Learning Platform
May 1, 2026 – June 1, 2026
Signature forgery is one of the most common issues right now. It can be addressed with Artificial Intelligence. I formed a team of five and built a deep learning model that detects forged signatures. We used the Siamese Network to train the model. The model is trained on little data, and it can also detect forgeries of previously unseen signatures. So, it's called One-Shot Learning. Steps: Data loading, data processing, Model Building, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation and inference.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's academic projects demonstrate initiative and a keen interest in AI/ML, aligning well with an AI Engineer role. The experience as a Technical Analyst at Bank of America, while not directly an AI role, shows a professional work history and experience with data systems, which is a valuable foundation. The diversity of projects (real estate prediction, signature forgery) and the breadth of AI/ML skills listed suggest adaptability and a continuous learning mindset. The certifications further reinforce a commitment to professional development in the AI field. The candidate's background indicates a good potential for cultural fit within a technically driven environment focused on innovation.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume highlights enthusiasm, motivation, and a problem-solving mindset. The description of the Bank of America role mentions collaboration with cross-functional teams and addressing client concerns, suggesting good interpersonal and communication skills. The project descriptions indicate an ability to work in a team and deliver user-centric solutions. However, without specific psychometric or English test scores, a deeper assessment of operational fit and soft skills is limited.
