Just an app that takes in a markdown todo list (doesn't need to be Obsidian but that's what I use) and just shows it as a widget on your home screen. Updates every 15 minutes if you update the file either manually on your phone or for me I use syncthing to update the list from my laptop. Only works for android currently since that's what I use.
