Clerk Note app
June 1, 2024 – June 1, 2024
This is a simple sticky note app *Drums for suspense* but with teeny tiny twist. I am using clerk for authentication and managed to connect it to my mongo DB using Node.JS and Express.JS; every user has their own notes, they can Create, Edit, Delete and of course read their notes. you can also choose from a couple colors for extra fanciness. This app was made so I can learn a new library/framework in this case (Clerk).

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project portfolio shows a strong inclination towards personal projects and learning new technologies, which aligns with a culture of continuous improvement. The diversity of projects (frontend, backend, full-stack, AI integration) suggests adaptability. However, the experience section primarily lists internships and freelance work, which might indicate less exposure to structured team environments in a corporate setting. The target role is 'Frontend Developer', and while the candidate has strong frontend skills, the breadth of backend projects might indicate a broader interest than a pure frontend focus, which could be a fit depending on team needs.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions suggest a proactive learning attitude and an ability to work on diverse projects. The freelance experience indicates self-management and client communication skills. However, without psychometric test results, a full assessment of work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
