I build software products end-to-end and turn zero-to-one ideas into operational systems. Over the last decade, I have worked across big tech, high-growth startups, and two ventures of my own—most recently as Co-Founder & CTO of Sangti, a carbon-management SaaS platform used by leading logistics enterprises in India and overseas. We raised a $300K pre-seed round (Antler + angels) and delivered enterprise-grade deployments focused on emissions tracking, operational efficiency, and reporting automation. Before founding Sangti, I was a Software Engineer at Google, building and scaling systems in production, and prior to that I led the Discovery & Redemption technology charter at magicpin—owning personalisation algorithms, merchant inventory relevance, backend infra, and a cross-functional engineering team delivering high-availability consumer experiences. My work sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial outcomes. I am comfortable validating new ideas, shipping critical features under uncertainty, managing infra, and running small, high-output teams. As a founder, I have navigated fundraising, customer pilots, GTM motions, and enterprise integrations; as an engineer, I stay hands-on with architecture, problem decomposition, and rapid delivery.

Demand Forecasting

The requirement was to improve demand forecasting for warehouse fulfillment of Redmart. Personal responsibilities were : 1) taking care of implementation and deployment of the algorithm 2) data mining 3) coming up with features or changes to go, perform alpha and beta tests corresponding to the changes, presenting it to business and getting the go-ahead for release to production. 4) Setting up metrics to track the impact of a change while test and after releasing to production. 5) Estimating the impact of a release and coming up with a feasible rollout strategy for each change causing minimum or no disruption in operations. We began with 86% in-stock rate with 93% warehouse utilization and reached 95% in-stock rate with 90% warehouse utilization in the given period reducing stock on hand by 10% and wastage by 0.5% (all averages).

The requirement was to : 1) automate warehouse fulfillment for Redmart taking into account all the inputs such as stock on hand, stock on the way, demand forecast, warehouse utilization, shelf life, freshness guarantee, supplier schedule etc. 2) Minimize stock on hand, wastage, cost of on-hand inventory 3) Implement safety stocks 4) Increase in stock rate 5) Optimize warehouse utilization We began with 81% in-stock rate with 98% warehouse utilization and reached 95% in-stock rate with 90% warehouse utilization in the given period reducing stock on hand by 10% and wastage by 0.5% (all averages).

Performance Analysis of Resource Provisioning for Cloud Computing Frameworks

We tried to share resources among 3 different Operating System and then transferred data among them and calculated the time taken to transfer data and we got some interesting results that when we give guest OS a 50% sharing of physical memory it might act as a primary OS and the time to send data to another physical or virtual machine reduces
