I’m Nimit Solanki (Co-founder & CTO) of estaie, the world’s first AI-native extended-stay platform. My work sits at the intersection of hospitality, AI, and large-scale product building. I’m currently building the digital infrastructure layer for global extended-stay accommodation (30–365 days), combining intelligent pricing, pooled inventory, and agentic AI to transform how long stays are discovered, managed, and booked. Before estaie, I spent over a decade leading engineering and product teams across the MENA, APAC and EU ecosystem — at Careem (Uber MENA), Grab (SEA) and Deutsche Telekom (EU) building high-scale platforms, solving operationally complex problems, and shipping systems used by millions. At estaie, my focus is: - Designing an AI-first architecture on GCP + Vertex AI, with serverless compute, predictive models, and real-time personalization. - Building estaie 2.0: a global infrastructure that connects hotels, corporates, and partners to a unified long-stay ecosystem. - Leading engineering, data, and AI teams with a culture of ownership, speed, and clarity. - Driving integrations with channel managers, PMS/CRS systems, payments, and CRM automation to unlock global distribution. - Scaling the platform across UAE → KSA → global markets, with a strong focus on measurable KPIs, growth loops, and automation. I’m passionate about turning messy, fragmented industries into seamless AI-powered experiences and building teams that thrive in high-velocity, zero-handholding environments.
