I’m a multi-exit CTO, founder, and technology executive with deep experience leading digital transformation across retail, commerce, recommerce, marketplaces, and AI-enabled businesses. My background includes senior technology leadership in organizations connected to The RealReal, ModCloth, Lucky Brand, Veepee, GoodwillFinds, and CodeBoxx. I’ve worked across enterprise commerce, billion-dollar marketplace environments, and mission-driven companies, helping organizations modernize platforms, improve execution, and align technology with business outcomes. I currently serve as CEO of CodeBoxx, where we are building across two fronts: enterprise AI-native solutions and next-generation technology education. CodeBoxx Solutions focuses on helping companies evolve software delivery and adopt AI-first systems, while CodeBoxx Academy prepares developers and enterprise teams through programs in AI-enabled coding, advanced AI development, and corporate training. Built the technology foundation for GoodwillFinds.com, the fastest-growing re-commerce marketplace on the internet, scaling from $0 to $30M in total sales within 14 months and selling nearly 1 million items. Took over an outsourced platform and built an internal team of 15 across Plan, Build, and Run within three months. Implemented a deep Salesforce stack (Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Order Management, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau) and architected the proprietary “Unified Catalog” — a software component that aggregates donation supply across all Goodwill member organizations, leverages AI for listing creation, augmentation and optimal pricing, and enables publishing across multiple marketplaces. Onboarded 14 new Goodwill member organizations representing more than 500 retail stores. Designed, trained, and deployed a Generative AI customer-service agent on GPT-4o handling order tracking, FAQ delivery, issue investigation, escalations, and merchandising assistance — recognized as 2025 World’s Chatbot Solution of the Year by Retail Tech Breakthrough.
AgTech Marketplace & GenAI Agent Suite

Joined post Series B as CTO of the leading AgTech marketplace fighting food waste through surplus and imperfect produce. Grew the technology team from 7 to 24 in six months through Full Harvest Academy — an internal recruiting and training initiative that selected 12 candidates and converted 8 into full-time hires. Designed, trained, and deployed five Generative AI agents on GPT-4 covering lead generation, prospect screening, opportunity outreach campaigns, supply/demand aggregation, and listing propagation. Revamped the legacy web UI into a mobile-first two-sided marketplace using Chakra-UI, increasing registration funnel conversion by 30%. Built a strong analytics infrastructure (Snowflake, Stitch, Looker) on behavioral, transactional, and partner data. Authored a comprehensive supply aggregation strategy mobilizing all human and technological channels of the company. Led the acquisition and integration of Farmers Web software assets to inherit key platform capabilities and accelerate internal development.

Kicked off the birth of the new Joint Venture in February 2011 as CTO of vente-privee.com in France. Duplicated key information systems components in preparation for launch on November 9th 2011. Accepted to join the new startup in January 2012 and built the technology team from the ground-up and re-designed the entire customer-facing website and mobile experience to address US market expectations and cultural specificities. The project lasted 5 months and was ready for 2012 holiday season. (http://us.venteprivee.com ) a new State of the art Web API and browser-based new technologies were employed for this project.
