I have been a chief executive office at Ethonix and Ethonix Canada, where we focused on finding great people and solving great client problems with the help of latest technology. Ethonix was a place for innovative technical solutions for different problems. While working as a CEO, I also co-founded Diabetes In Youth Association (DIYA) with an aim to help and aware people around the globe for diabetes. Struggling with a chronic disease is a hard situation and making life stable with these type of diseases is a frustrating experience. Also I am working as an assistant professor and simultaneously pursuing my Phd Having same thing in mind to change the lives of the people living with diabetes, I started a company to revolutionise the way people deals in managing diabetes.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a blend of academic, entrepreneurial, and brief software development experience. While this diversity could bring unique perspectives, the long gap in direct software development roles and the shift towards academic and management positions might indicate a different career focus than a dedicated senior iOS developer. The cultural fit would depend on the organization's openness to candidates with non-traditional paths and a willingness to re-skill or re-engage in hands-on development.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume indicates a diverse career path including academic roles (Assistant Professor) and leadership positions (CEO, Head - script & direction). This suggests adaptability and leadership potential. However, the lack of detailed descriptions for these roles makes it difficult to assess specific soft skills like teamwork, problem-solving, or communication in a professional software development context. The operational fit for an iOS Developer role is unclear given the significant time spent in non-development roles.
