Tracked 51% total sales growth from 2021–2024 while identifying Central region profit declined 62% YoY in 2024 despite revenue growth — highlighting a margin efficiency problem. Flagged South region as a consistent underperformer while East region led with 65% profit growth in 2024, enabling clear regional performance benchmarking.
IPL Analysis Dashboard (Power BI)

Sourced IPL dataset (2008–2024) from Kaggle across 2 tables; cleaned missing values and standardised inconsistent team names to ensure data integrity. Built 7 custom DAX measures from scratch (Orange Cap, Purple Cap, Bowling Economy, Strike Rate, Tournament Winner) and delivered 8 distinct insight panels. Designed fully interactive single-page dashboard with year slicer enabling season-level drill-down into batsman and bowler performance. Identified that teams batting second win 77.42% of matches in 2024, extracting actionable insights from visual analysis.
