B2B SALES ANALYSIS

We analyze our data that contains information about Retailers, Orders, order date, Order Status, Region, Sales and Discounts. We explore and clean the datasets (EDA) and calculate some KPIs like: Total monthly sales, Orders, Retailers, AOV and Frequency calculating Sales, Daily Activation, churn rate, Orders' success rate and delayed orders per month per region. Document Key insights, writing notes and explanations for each KPI with suitable charts.

Bronze Layer: Stores raw data as-is from the source systems. Data is ingested from CSV Files into SQL Server Database. 2. Silver Layer: This layer includes data cleansing, standardization, and normalization processes to prepare data for analysis. 3. Gold Layer: Houses business-ready data modeled into a star schema required for reporting and analytics. This project involves: 1. Data Architecture: Designing a Modern Data Warehouse Using Medallion Architecture Bronze, Silver, and gold layers. 2. ETL Pipelines: Extracting, transforming, and loading data from source systems into the warehouse. 3. Data Modeling: Developing fact and dimension tables optimized for analytical queries. 4. Analytics & Reporting: Creating SQL-based reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
SALES DATA MART USING SSIS

Designed a Star Schema Data Warehouse with Fact and Dimension tables (product, customer, territory, date, sales). Built ETL pipelines in SSIS using Data Flow tasks, Lookups, Derived Columns, and SCD types to get data from DB Source to OLE DB Destination. Implemented Full and Incremental loads using a Modified Date column and a control table for tracking changes. Used Python to generate a custom date dimension and handle edge cases for nulls and surrogate keys. Optimized Data integrity with keys, indexes, and pre-load truncation for error-free incremental processing
