Successfully secured major tenders and participated in reverse auctions with global leadership, resulting in high-value work orders. Coordinated international logistics, customs, and documentation (BLs, LCs, BGs, Form 15CB) to ensure timely equipment delivery across India. Oversaw payment processing, commission handling, and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.

Prepare complete documentation for procurement of airport system from FAA-approved Manufacturers and Logistics partners, Customs Clearance, and air Freight forwarders.
National Register of State Governments and Private-Owned Airports/ Airstrips of India

The project deals with the creation of a national Register record of 327 Airports/Airstrips in India for future development and improvement of regional connectivity by the Government of India under the UDAAN scheme. Project Cost (INR): 1.5 crore/ 15 million Responsibilities: Preparation and finalization of all airport reports after the survey in compliance with ICAO (SARP's) and DGCA (CAR) regulatory standards and recommendations. Liaise with State govt., local municipal authorities and airport stakeholders for approvals and permission. Creation of 327 Airports database and documentation. Briefing 13 survey teams and the Auto CAD team with regular follow-up on progress. Extensive use of Google Earth Pro, MS Office word & Excel, field survey data, and Adobe in preparing and finalizing each airport report.
