Co-Founder & CEO, Intello Labs — Physical AI for the fresh food supply chain | AI sorters + robotics for automation Globally | IIT Bombay
The fresh food supply chain is about to be rebuilt. For a century, we've accepted that fruit and vegetables are graded by tired eyes, packed by tired hands, and lost in transit because nobody saw the problem in time. We accepted it because there was no alternative. There is now. Physical AI — machines that see, decide, and learn — is finally mature enough to do for fresh food what industrial robotics did for cars. Not a small efficiency tweak. A generational rebuild. At Intello Labs, I'm building the company that does it. We make AI sorting machines and robotic tray fillers — deployed at industrial scale across continents. But the real work isn't the metal. It's the learning system underneath: the data, the deployment feedback, the edge-case libraries, the iteration that compounds with every fruit, every lane, every country. That's the moat. And it gets deeper every day. My job is to pull the future forward. That means building a company that thinks in decades, not quarters. Backing engineers who chase problems that don't fit neatly into an app or a SaaS pricing model. Pushing Indian deeptech onto the global stage — not as a cost story, but as an innovation story. Staying obsessed with the farmer, the packhouse operator, the retailer, and the consumer who should never have to throw away food because someone upstream couldn't tell good fruit from bad. I believe the most important companies of the next 20 years will be the ones that fuse hardware, AI, and the physical world. I believe India will build a disproportionate number of them. And I believe the fresh supply chain — often ignored by deeptech because it's messy and slow — will produce some of the biggest winners. That's what I'm here to build. Let's talk if you: → are rethinking automation in packhouses, export programs, or fresh-category retail → are building in Physical AI, deeptech ro
