20 years in IT delivery — adapted every step. The latest step: I build it myself now. Tonalium · Mergodon
My whole career has been one move: keep up with how software actually gets delivered - and lately, that meant building it myself. I started in the waterfall days, when delivery meant plans, gates and long timelines. When the industry moved, I moved with it - agile, scrum, PRINCE2, whatever got teams shipping faster and with less drama. For 20 years my job was the same underneath: take a business problem, line up the people and budget, and get something real out the door. For most of that, I was the one managing the build, not doing it. That was the trade — experience bought you a seat at the table, not a hand on the work. Then the tools changed. AI closed the gap between knowing what needs building and actually building it. So I stopped managing from a distance and started delivering directly - same instincts, same accountability, just far less standing between the idea and the working thing. That's where I am now: Tonalium - helping businesses get bespoke software and AI that does real work for them. Agreed up front, owned by them, supported after it ships. No ship-and-disappear. Mergodon - my own studio, where I build my own products and back the ideas I believe in. Same career-long instinct - adapt, then deliver. The only thing that's changed is how close I get to the work. Now I'm right in it.

Digital transformation
January 1, 2018 – June 1, 2018
Transform the print media company into a digital workplace completely re-think the way you work with G Suite. We have been changed the old paper-base system into a fully digital workflow: a complete set of messaging, storage, collaboration, management, and compliance tools that are built in the cloud and require only a browser to run. We maximized migration to G Suite and enable to decomise the on premise server park, voip based telephony system, tape based backup system and so much more. The whole process has been applied in less than 3 month without any dataloss, and high acceptability over the employees. The support request has been dramatically dropped after the adaptation, and the productivity has been increased. The ROI goal was immediate, we did not use third party vendor, and the successful phase out of old licenses, and hardwares was immediate save to justify the goal

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a strong focus on IT leadership, project management, and strategic roles across diverse industries (media, immigration, consumer goods, finance). While there is early programming experience, the recent roles are heavily skewed towards management rather than hands-on frontend development. The target role of 'Frontend Developer' is a significant pivot from their recent experience, which might indicate a mismatch in cultural fit for a purely individual contributor frontend role without a clear demonstration of recent, relevant frontend development skills. The project diversity is good, but the relevance to a frontend developer role is limited.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills from various management roles. Their experience in turning around underperforming teams and improving project delivery indicates a results-oriented and adaptable operational fit. The coaching experience at Karat also highlights strong communication and mentorship abilities.
