Independent healthcare revenue consultant supporting privately owned medical practices, with a primary focus on CMS-1500 billing, revenue integrity, compliance, and steady cash flow. I work with practice owners and administrators to identify where revenue is quietly leaking, understand the operational drivers behind denials and underpayments, and gain clarity around performance and risk before issues escalate. I support Triventa Revenue Management by helping practices understand available revenue cycle and practice operations solutions designed specifically for independent practices seeking disciplined, enterprise-level execution without unnecessary disruption. Triventa’s services may include end-to-end CMS-1500 billing and follow-up, coding accuracy review, credentialing support, patient payment solutions, early-stage collections, patient outreach, and compliance and audit readiness guidance. In limited, practice-specific circumstances, supplemental UB-04 support may be provided when tied to an existing CMS-1500 engagement. My role is focused on education and relationship development, ensuring that practices have clear visibility into what is happening financially and the options available to strengthen control and predictability.
