Backend developer at Bucherer AG
My career objective is to improve my back end skills and eventually become a full stack developer. In the first four years of my career, I was mostly focused on the back end, using Node.js and MongoDB, which I love working with. I would love to learn different approaches for building backends, including microservices, docker and more AWS services. I would also like to learn more front end in future, I started working with it five years ago, but then I fully moved to the back end, because I liked it more. Finally, I like to be involved in a full project life cycle, from planning, estimation to development and testing, because I think I can give the most value if I understand all aspects of the project.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse background with experience in various companies and personal projects. The shift from backend development to a target frontend role might require adaptation. The personal projects show an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to build, which could be a positive cultural fit for innovative environments. However, the lack of explicit frontend experience in recent professional roles might indicate a mismatch for a dedicated senior frontend position without further validation.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's experience as a JavaScript Teacher suggests strong communication and mentoring skills. The personal projects indicate initiative and problem-solving abilities. However, the provided data does not offer specific insights into stress handling, teamwork, or direct operational fit for a frontend role beyond general project involvement.
