With over 20 years of leading projects in Retail Banking in Spain and abroad, now I’m focusing on digital innovation projects within BBVA. In the last five years, I’ve participated in the definition of BBVA’s digital strategy and in the implementation of a new multichannel experience for digital channels. I've recently launched a new way of managing projects in the bank, similar to the one used in startups, searching for a more dynamic working mentality and new ways to reduce time to market for BBVA products.
