I have been fortunate to have had 20+ years of a career working with Tech companies and startups in Silicon Valley. This journey of learning and making an industry impact began in 2000 when I moved to the Valley while working for Silicon Graphics. Over the last 20 years, I have worked for top companies like VMware and Okta and several startups, building and running worldwide Customer Growth & Operations functions from the ground up. That included contributing to acquisitions, most notably that of Nicira by VMware in 2012 for $1.3B, hiring, leading, and growing incredibly talented teams. I served some of the most exciting companies in the world as clients, developed lifelong friendships, and worked closely with some of the top VC firms in the Valley.
