Staff Engineer & Engineering Manager - P&E
I'm currently in a hybrid role between Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager, shaped by the unique dynamics of KBRW. I joined KBRW when we were just 30 people. Today, we're over 170, working with multiple CAC40 clients and building a best-in-class SaaS solution to tackle the complex challenges of the supply chain ecosystem. I help lead the Product & Engineering initiatives in this SaaS transformation—developing core business features, shaping both our technological and business vision, and contributing to long-term strategy. I'm a bit of a Swiss Army knife: my daily work ranges from software architecture to product ownership, infrastructure, and career development. While I contribute across many domains, my core focus remains on solving technical challenges, aligning solutions with business needs, and nurturing a strong engineering culture through hands-on work and meaningful human interactions.
