TMS (Time Management System)
January 1, 2014 – April 1, 2014
Time Management System (TMS) is an internal Netlight’s project used as a middleware between our internal time reporting system and the bank system. Integrated a team of 6 developers and 1 project leader as a Java and front-end developer. While working on TMS, Pablo was not only assigned as a Release Manager but also helped set up a proper SCRUM methodology with 2 weeks sprints and daily stand ups. By the end of the assignment, Release Candidates (RC) were being published to the acceptance environment from SVN tags, front-end was totally re-structured and deadlines were being met on time.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate has a diverse work history across multiple companies and roles, including consultant positions, which suggests adaptability to different organizational cultures. The experience as a Release Manager and in setting up SCRUM indicates a proactive approach to process and team collaboration. However, the project descriptions are limited, making it difficult to fully assess alignment with specific cultural values beyond general professional conduct. The target role is 'Test Automation Engineer', but the resume primarily highlights software development and backend roles, with no explicit mention of test automation experience, which could be a gap in direct cultural and operational fit for a dedicated automation role.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project description for TMS highlights involvement in process improvement (setting up SCRUM, release management), suggesting strong organizational and leadership potential. The long tenure in various consultant roles indicates adaptability and client-facing skills. However, without specific psychometric test results, a detailed assessment of logical reasoning, work attitude, stress handling, and team collaboration is not possible.
