Really cool little "not-a-cms" tool. In a nutshell it's an admin layer built in React that you can use with a JAM client to create a drag/drop user experience which saves to a backend, I've gone fully OS here and used Strapi. Bit fiddly to put together but an interesting concept and I'm watching the project closely. It's still pre version 1 and has lots of snags to be worked out, but this has huge potential to make a great small website or blogging platform for a user or client.

View ProjectCultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's personal projects show a strong inclination towards self-directed learning and experimentation with various frontend and some backend technologies. The diversity of projects, from developer tooling (gulp-workflow, react-component-package) to content management systems (next-strapi-tinaCMS) and utility scripts (cookie-tool), suggests a broad interest in different aspects of web development. However, the lack of team projects or formal work experience makes it challenging to assess cultural fit in a collaborative, professional environment. The projects are primarily personal explorations rather than contributions to larger, established codebases, which might indicate a preference for solo work or a lack of exposure to team dynamics.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's project descriptions suggest an independent and curious individual, willing to explore new technologies and solve practical problems. The 'cookie-tool' project indicates an ability to deliver specific client solutions. However, without formal experience or psychometric test results, it's difficult to assess team collaboration, stress handling, or communication clarity in a professional setting.
