ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER | BUILDING REAL PRODUCTS WITH AGILE TEAMS | Growth & Retention | DATA SCIENCE & AI
I’m a Product Manager at Moai Consulting LLP, where I’ve had the opportunity to work on multiple real-world products across different domains — from consumer mobile apps to enterprise and IoT platforms. My role goes beyond just writing requirements. I work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to shape ideas, define clear product flows, and make sure what we build actually makes sense for users and is practical for teams to deliver. Some of the key products I’ve worked on include: • Wardrobe Management Application (WMA) – a consumer-facing lifestyle app where I worked on complete information architecture, user journeys, and feature planning like wardrobe organization, mood boards, and event-based outfit planning. • IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) System – an enterprise IoT product focused on smart buildings, where I handled role-based access, device hierarchies, dashboards, and operational Workflows. • Aegis – It is a client project digital site reporting and disruption management platform built to bring clarity, accountability, and structure to construction project's. On a day-to-day basis: • Define Information Architecture and end-to-end flows • Write clear, human-friendly user stories with acceptance criteria and edge case's • Plan sprints and prioritize backlogs in Agile environments • Work closely with Flutter, backend, and QA teams to ensure smooth executions • Help bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementation.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's project and experience history shows a diverse background, including GIS analysis, data science, and product management. While this breadth indicates adaptability, the direct alignment with a 'Mobile Developer' role is weak. The certifications in Mobile Product Management suggest an interest in the mobile domain, but not necessarily in development. The candidate's experience is primarily in data science and product management, which are different from a hands-on mobile development role. This indicates a potential mismatch with the target role's core technical requirements.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's resume indicates exposure to product management and data science, suggesting an analytical mindset and an ability to work with complex problems. However, there is no direct evidence of soft skills like teamwork, leadership, or stress handling from the provided data. The psychometric test score is 0, providing no insight into these areas.
