AI Product Development, Strategy, Innovation & Monetization Consulting
As an AI Strategy Leader, I’ve helped companies unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence by building resilient, future-forward tech ecosystems. Over the past 15+ years, my work has been grounded in the belief that AI should be both scalable and strategic, fueling better decision-making, unlocking new revenue streams, and strengthening operations. AI LEADERSHIP: One key contribution at Schneider Electric AI Hub was building and reshaping the AI consulting practice to be more agile and inclusive of evolving client demands. Instead of limiting customers to packaged AI solutions, I introduced support for Google, AWS, Azure & bespoke solutions diversifying capabilities and expand the total addressable market. I led the effort to reposition the department’s offerings, earning executive buy-in through targeted business cases that prioritized value creation, tech modernization, and growth potential. PROCESS TRANSFORMATION: I also led high-stakes initiatives aimed at preserving critical infrastructure for global clients. While working with Web Giants, I conducted in-depth risk evaluations and continuity planning to ensuring reliability of Medium-Voltage Transformers (MVTs) and critical assets. I designed AI-powered systems to predict equipment failures, incorporated LLMs to streamline and unify maintenance documentation, and developed data supported policies for asset durability. This work directly supported the protection and optimization of core power systems behind data centers and process automations. PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE: For Samsung, I spearheaded efforts to enhance manufacturing throughput using predictive analytics. My solution combined XGBoost-based modeling with real-time data streams from SAS ESP to detect anomalies during silicon wafer production.
