Assessing your cultural and operational fit
Hi, my name is Kavya DM. from Bangalore. I completed my BCA from Shridhevi Degree College in 2024. During my final year, I started focusing seriously on building my career in IT as a full-stack developer. At that time, I enrolled in a MERN stack course from NextWave Institute, which I completed successfully along with my graduation. In parallel, I also got selected for free Incubation or Training Course named JSpiders in Bangalore, where I learned Core Java and SQL. Managing academics, my final-year project, and these courses simultaneously helped me develop strong time management and consistency. That was also the time I clearly understood the job market and became more focused on my goal of becoming a full-stack developer. After graduation, I earned an industry-ready MERN stack certification from NextWave and a Java full-stack certification from JSpiders. Coming to my experience, I have worked as an Associate Full-Stack Engineer at Media NV in Ahmedabad for around 3 months. I relocated here for this opportunity. During my time there, I primarily worked on backend development using NestJS. In terms of technical skills, I have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, NestJS, SQL, and PostgreSQL. I’m comfortable working on both frontend and backend, with a stronger inclination towards backend development. I would describe myself as an enthusiastic, consistent, and dedicated person who enjoys learning new technologies and building real-world applications.
