Most software projects start with excitement and end with "why did this take so long and cost twice what we planned?" I've spent 7 years figuring out why that happens — and how to stop it. I run SolveJet, a software development company. We work with founders/CEOs and product teams who need to build quickly and can't afford to get it wrong. Real estate, Insurance P&C, Retail, Manufacturing. What they have in common isn't the industry — it's that they needed software that actually shipped, on time, without the usual chaos. We're ISO 27001:2022 certified and a Google Cloud Partner — which matters to clients where data security or cloud infrastructure is part of the conversation. A few things I believe about building software: — Speed and quality aren't opposites. Most delays come from unclear scope, not complex code. — The first 5 days of a project determine 80% of its outcome. We invest heavily in getting those right. — Clients shouldn't need a technical background to work with us. That's our job, not theirs.
