This project was financed by the company Total as a stoppage of the social contribution in concecuacia of the oil concession that had at the time with Venezuela. The team consisted of 5 people, a development leader, a software developer and 3 geographers. The georafos tenain the responsibility to collect the information, and then process and adapt it in order to be displayed in the web geographic information system. The system was developed under a client server architecture. HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3 and ajax were used to develop the forntend. For the development of the backend, ruby, PHP, Php MapScript and postgres database were used.

Development of the Web Portal of the Processing Laboratory and Analysis of Satellite Images Spot 4 and 5. The objective of the project was to build a web portal to manage the acquisition of Spot 4 and 5 satellite images. The images of the national territory are captured by Spot 4 and 5, in real time, and then the provider sends them through the Internet to the Terminal located in the laboratory. Subsequently, they are cataloged, processed and archived, being ready to be distributed within the organizations that request it. All the images can be requested and delivered through the Web Portal. The team was made up of 6 people, a development leader, four software developers and two people in charge of the technical support. The system was developed under a client server architecture. HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3 and ajax were used to develop the forntend. For the development of the backend PHP, PHP MapScript and postgres database were used. The system was installed successfully in the offices of digital satellite image processing center.

Georafos tenain is responsible for collecting information on crops in the states of Barinas, Portuguesa and Guarico. Additionally, I take advantage of collecting information on roads, hydrography and population centers. The information was processed and adapted to be displayed in the web geographic information system. The system allowed to visualize all the information and additionally to built reports associated to the harvests of corn and rice in the selected zones. The system was developed under a client server architecture. HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS 3 and ajax were used to develop the forntend. For the development of the backend, ruby, PHP, Php MapScript and postgres database were used. The system was installed successfully in the offices of Bolpriaven.
