Building the backend for modern commerce | Co-Founder @ Cubbo | Ecommerce Fulfillment, Logistics | Supply Chain Management
I've spent my career obsessed with one idea: logistics isn't a cost center. It's the thing that decides whether modern commerce brand grows or dies. Most founders figure this out the hard way. They build a great product, nail their marketing, start selling... and then the operation breaks. Late deliveries. Lost packages. Returns eating their margin. The fulfillment infrastructure in the region just wasn't built for modern commerce. That's why we built Cubbo. Today we process 12M+ orders a year across Mexico and Brazil. 85-90% delivered in under 48 hours. 1,100+ people. $110M+ in projected revenue for 2026. We became cashflow positive in 2023 because I don't believe in the "burn and pray" model. We control our own destiny. What we actually do for brands: - +37% increase in LTV from a better post-purchase experience - +20% conversion from real-time visibility - Up to 50% reduction in cost-to-serve - Our customers grow 30%+ YoY on average Before Cubbo I spent years in supply chain consulting, optimizing distribution networks for Nike, Mars, Bacardi, AT&T, Unilever. That background is basically Cubbo's cheat code. I know where the inefficiencies hide because I've mapped them for a living. I also teach logistics, fulfillment, and ecommerce at ISDI. 1,000+ students. I do it because LatAm needs more people who can actually operate, not just strategize. If even one student builds something that changes how commerce works in this region, every hour was worth it. When I'm not building Cubbo, I race Ironman triathlons. Turns out the same thing applies: the one who executes with consistency beats the one with the best plan.
