Chief AI & Transformation Executive | Agentic AI Architect & Operator | Rewiring Enterprise Operating Models | M&A | Product Launch from Zero | CPA | Ex-McKinsey, Accenture, AIG, PwC, Genpact
Twice a COO, once a Chief Data Scientist, and most recently a Chief Agentic AI Officer at a publicly traded company -- the sequence is deliberate. Before AI became the dominant transformation vector, I owned operations at global scale: P&L accountability, delivery model redesign, and the capital allocation decisions that determine whether strategy survives execution. Taking agentic AI from pilot to enterprise-wide operations meant translating capability into governed systems that show up in the P&L , not just the demo. Two decades across strategy, M&A, and investment decisions -- including McKinsey, Accenture, and PwC -- taught me where complexity destroys value before it shows up in the numbers. That same lens applies to AI: what persists beyond pilots, where accountability actually lives when systems act autonomously and what governance must do to make scale real. I welcome conversations where AI governance, enterprise transformation, and board-level accountability intersect. Closer is not the same as ready.

Cultural Fit Analysis
The candidate's career trajectory shows a strong inclination towards strategic leadership, business development, and high-level advisory roles, often involving significant P&L responsibility and organizational transformation. While they have experience with data and AI strategy, their roles are predominantly executive and managerial rather than hands-on software engineering. This profile suggests a fit for strategic, leadership, or advisory positions within a technology-driven organization, but a less direct cultural fit for a pure 'Software Engineer' role which typically requires deep technical coding and system design expertise. Their diverse educational background and experience across various industries (financial services, manufacturing, media, retail) indicate adaptability and a broad perspective.
Soft Skills & Operational Fit
The candidate's extensive experience in senior leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP, indicates strong soft skills in strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication. Their background in consulting (McKinsey, Protiviti, Arthur Andersen) further reinforces problem-solving, client management, and operational efficiency. The focus on 'Agentic AI' and 'Services-as-Agentic AI-Solutions' suggests an innovative and forward-thinking approach, which could be a strong operational fit for roles requiring strategic vision and implementation of advanced technologies.
